Kansas Weather

We thoroughly enjoyed the unseasonably warm weather that Kansas provided most of the month of December....

But I have to admit, it was fun to finally experience what December is supposed to be like in Kansas!

While big sister and I were making snowballs, little man was being a weeny pouting because his hands were cold.  I really can't blame him though, poor guy doesn't have any gloves, so we layered two pairs of Reese's.  They worked for about 2.5 seconds.

So....we resorted to another pair of Reese's.  Luckily, he got a super warm pair of his own for Christmas!

Evee loved her first time in the snow!

Did not want anything to do with wearing her hat or gloves, but wanted everything to do with picking up as much snow as possible!

Thank you, Kansas, for enabling us to experience all the weather patterns of the seasons! But if it's not too much to ask, bring us an early spring!
